Confirmation service is offered at a flat rate including up to 1000 for $210.00, which is $.21 per appointment. Appointments over the monthly minimum of 1000, are prorated based on the table below. Unlike some competitors no matter how many attempts it takes to contact your patient, we only bill per patient. Each patient counts as one unit when calculating your monthly consumption. Lab result service includes:

1. The practice recording the result.
2. Patient notification (phone call, email)
3. Patients result retrieval call

There are three total communications that go along with the lab result system.
Each successful lab result retrieval counts as 2 units when calculating your monthly consumption. The individual price per lab result is outlined below.

Message broadcasting is calculated per call. The number of attempts are outlined in the portal, so that you can see how many times you attempted each recipient. Broadcasts can be used for revenue generating calls such as bill reminders, and patient recalls. You may choose to send a second call if there was no answer on the previous attempt, or if you reached voicemail and were looking to reach someone live, it is your choice. Each attempt counts as one unit when calculating your monthly consumption. The individual price per message broadcast is outlined below.
