MESSAGE BROADCAST OVERVIEW
Automated message broadcasting enables you to communicate on a whole new level. Whether you are informing your patients of a unexpected office closing, conducting a customer satisfaction survey, sending overdue-bill reminders or holiday hours messages; a customized message broadcast will "spread the word" without your staff ever having to dial a single number or do grueling data entry. You can stagger your calls one by one if you are trying to have them press zero and transfer in, or crank it up and contact up to 48 patients per minute.
 
The broadcast message feature has unlimited applications, so you can be as creative as your imagination lets you. You can prompt a patient to "press zero" within your message which will transfer your outbound call back in to your main line. Any other key that is pressed, per your messages instructions, will display within the response column of your broadcast message portal.

SURVEYS: "This is Dr. Smith's office, please let us know how you feel about the level of care that you received on your last visit by choosing one through five on your keypad, five being the highest. We appreciate your patronage and look forward to serving your good health for years to come"
