Terms of Service
1. During the free trial period, you may use as Dr.Dial as you like; Your Sales Representative will inform you of the date your trial period ends. When you have used all of the days or calls on your trial, you may still make full use of the portal, but calling services will be suspended and you will be notified of your expired trial. You must then confirm your desire to continue with Dr Dial as a regular user and your card will be charged for future use according to our standard terms. If you cancel your subscription before your trial period expires or if you do not wish to continue after your trial, your credit card will not be charged.
2. You will be billed on a pro-rated monthly basis. For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and E-Checks.
3. Payments are due upon receipt of invoice. Any unpaid invoice past the 15th of each month will be charged a 1.5% late fee. Any accounts past with an outstanding balance after the 30th of the month will be subject to account suspension and late fee accrual until the account is brought current.
4. You may only place calls to patients, customers, clients, with whom your organization already has an established business relationship. We have a zero tolerance policy for violation of FCC anti solicitation rulings (we request that you visit http://www.fcc.gov/. for further information).
5. All custom voice / text scripts must include the name of the person or entity on whose behalf the call is being made, and a contact number or address for the organization.
