Text Messaging

Send a text message with your appointment confirmation by entering the patient's cell phone number and clicking the "Send Text Message" check box on the new appointment form. The patient will receive an SMS notification of their appointment date and time. Within the next few weeks, patients will be able to respond with either confirm or cancel to update their appointment status.
